1Q. Am I getting my money immediately?
A. For most transactions, save for Inflows and offshore transactions, payments are done immediately.
2Q. Where is your office located?
A. We are located on 38B Adebayo Doherty (Road 14), Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. You can also search for us on Google maps.
3Q. For cases of delivery, what is your Turn around Time on transactions?
A. Depending on the axis you reside and due to our somewhat centralized location, TAT is anywhere from 5minutes minimum to 30minutes maximum.
4Q. Why do you need my personal information like BVN and how can you guaranty that it is safe with you?
A. Any and all information required of you is to ensure the speed and safety of all our transactions. We are licensed to operate this way thus we have taken all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all your valuable information with provided to us.
5Q. How do I place an order online
A. Please fill the form on the homepage and follow the directions. If you need help please call customer service or send an email to info@dealmakersbdc.com.
6Q. Confirmation of rates?
A. Please note that any forex rate on the website need to always be reconfirmed before conclusion of transaction. Rates sometimes change faster than we can update on the site.
7Q. Delivery options?
A. We can only deliver within Lagos and we charge for delivery of small amounts. Delivery also depends on time of day.
8Q. PTA?
A. PTA needs to be booked weeks in advance as there is a high demand for it.
9Q. Cancelling an order/failure to collect
A. Orders can be cancelled before the execution even after payment. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is made and currencies have exchanged hands.
10Q. Who moves currency first?
A. For any and all currency exchange services we offer, no matter the nature, we always advice the client moves currency first.
